What this actually is

This is a YouTube teaching channel. You show knowledge workers how to design a calmer workday, as a repeating series (systems videos). You get paid when people watch (ads, once the channel qualifies), join as members, click affiliate links, or buy a small guide you wrote. A normal week is shoot, edit, publish a title that states the result, and answer comments. Plan on dozens of videos before this pays rent. A clear lesson beats lifestyle footage.

YouTube Partner Program: 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 public watch hours before ads. A phone is enough; a lav + tripod is typically $40–80. First ad dollar is commonly 6–18 months (YouTube Help / Creator Academy).

How to do it

1. 1Write a one-sentence promise: you help knowledge workers design a calmer workday.
2. 2Film three videos that already look like a series, not three random topics.
3. 3Assemble a kit you can carry: screencast, B-roll. Learn captions on day one.
4. 4Publish on a schedule you could keep during a bad month, then collect search phrases from comments.
5. 5After 20 videos, add one offer: a paid guide, a shop affiliate, or a live Q&A.
6. 6Once RPM and email exist, treat sponsorships as optional; the channel should survive without them.
